By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Estimate & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the home differs significantly from what was described.
If additional time or work is required, we will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Deposit & Booking Confirmation
A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in loss of deposit

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
Home Condition
If the home requires significantly more work than expected (heavy buildup, excessive clutter, etc.), pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond the agreed scope.

Preparing Your Home for Service
To ensure the best results and allow our team to focus on cleaning, we kindly ask that your home is prepared prior to your scheduled service.
Clean Up
Please have general areas picked up before your appointment (toys, clothing, and personal items off the floor)
Dishes
Dishes should be handled prior to the service. Washing dishes is not included and will be done at the cleaner’s discretion if time allows
Bed Sheets
If you would like bed sheets changed, clean sheets must be left in a visible and accessible area. If not provided, beds will be made using the existing sheets
Cleaning Supplies
We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific or specialty products, they must be provided by the client
ADD-ONS
Any add-ons or extra tasks must be requested and scheduled in advance. We are not able to accommodate additional requests at the time of service
Consistency
These guidelines help us provide consistent, high-quality service and ensure we can complete your cleaning efficiently.
